I was always a big fan of iStat and this is just want I needed. Very clean design.

Great addition to notification. Worth the money, and very well done. Simple and powerful graphics, a nice snapshot of your system.

Can we please have the options of displaying actual space remaining on the drive, instead of percentage? I find percentage does not give me useful info. Thanks.

In particular, I wanted to monitor temperature in various parts of my Mac which was in previous versions of this software. I quickly made the purchase without even looking at the app description, which is entirely my fault, but still… it wasn’t what I was expecting.

this can’t be measuring memory use properly on Yosemite. With nothing open with 8 gigs of ram it shows 15% when I open about a dozen applications its shows 17%.

It’s one of the essentials. Just buy it.

Shows incorrectly memory occupancy (with 16 GB RAM)

The memory usage does not work on Yosemite, it stucks on 6-7 percent. Where is the temperature of cpu, gpu, hdd? 2 dollars for nothing.

I use iStat for ages, now it follows Apples rules goes into the NC. there is only 4 statistics information and one of them isn’t what I care… whis is disk space usage... where is temperature? fan spin speed? hope add them soon

I’d definitley give this app 5 stars if the developers could make a preference menu where you can add different widegets and stats similar to the old app.

It works. It’s pretty. It really needs to be open for customization.

I use the iStat full version. Compared to that, this is just a mini version. It gives you 4 readings, HDD, CPU, RAM, and Network. I would say that if you want to only give us 4 readings in this mini version, just remove HDD and give us the CPU temperature. The reason why we use iStat is to get conveinient readings of dynamic parameters, not STATIC parameters like HDD or screen resolution.

I like the minimalist design but you should include more features like the old iStat pro on the dashboard such as temperature, fan speeds, battery information, etc… Make it customizable too. If you do that it will be five stars.

This is such a wonderful little tool. It takes the the 4 items I used in iStat Menus and not only gives me a better display of the data, but cleans up my menu bar. What would be awesome would be an IAP or something to tie this in with iStat Menus so if I click on an item it opens the big details that show like when you click on the menu bar item in iStat Menu. Even without though, this is awesome, and worth MORE then $1.99! For those asking for more stats, remember that they are limited as to what they can offer via the App Store because of the app Sand Boxing. Thats why if you want the full app you have to get it via their site and not the App Store

I have used iStat Menus previously, and I have missed it since the Yosemite beta was released. This mini version gives me the most important info I want, and it utilizes the today menu in a nice clean manner. A+++ for getting this out so fast. It would be even greater if this version was able to give more stats than it currently does, but this developer has an excellent track record, so I imagine reasonable additions will come.

I think this is perfect. It shows everything I would want to see in a quick glance. I love the disk space indicator, and if I were to have a request, it would be a way to selectively add multiple disks to monitor. But that is a minor thing. This is a great use of notification center and the information is shown in a beautiful and easy to quickly understand the data displayed. Nicely done!
